Add card to Apple Pay: Card already added issue

If you having “Card already added” issues when trying to add a card to Apple Wallet, go to “Wallet & Apple Pay” in settings, turn off “Apple Cash”, turn it on by entering the password to the iCloud account then try adding the card again.
