Access to Apple Business Manager

Hi Folks,

I have problem with login on administrative account to Apple Business Manager. I had deployed Azure integration, but some time ago I deleted Azure integration and now I can't use my administrative account with own domain to access to ABM portal. Is it possible to restore my access to portal?

Managed Apple-ID and App Installations (in-app purchase) We started using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Jamf Now as MDM. I want to use some apps that require in-app-purchase in order to enable full features. But in : Intro to purchasing content in Apple Business Manager – Apple Support (UK) It says: Note: In-app purchases and subscriptions are not compatible with volume purchasing, Managed Apps or Managed Apple IDs. Developers may offer a separate full-featured version of their apps (sometimes as a Custom App) for education or enterprise customers that need to deploy apps at scale. I assumed that this all is a professional solution. But there seems to be no way to use apps that require in-app purchase. How is it possible to solve this problem? I am forced to create a "private" (unmanaged) apple-id to use full functionality...

Administrator accounts cannot be federated. You should be able to still log in with the same account as before. If you need further assistance recovering access, you will need to contact Apple Support by phone.
