how to claim my iphone 7 settlement?

Unless you're a member of the class covered by the Canadian lawsuit, you aren't entitled to any settlement. The deadline to make a claim with regards to the other lawsuit/settlement is long over.

If you think you might qualify as a class member for the Canadian lawsuit, you had better hurry and read all of the documents linked to in this thread. According to the Web site, the claim deadline for that one is July 3, 2024, that is, to say, tomorrow. If you would have qualified to be a member for the Canadian lawsuit, but you fail to file your claim by tomorrow, there will be no settlement for you.

Just noticed this: The page says that "If you do not provide the necessary payment information by June 3, 2024, you will remain in the Settlement Class and forego receiving a Class Payment and will waive your right to sue Apple in the future regarding the subject matter of the claims in the Lawsuit."

That may be a typo … they may have meant July. July would make more sense.

You actually have until first week of June to file claim.

That would be if you are a member of the class covered by the Canadian lawsuit and settlement.

The deadline to make a claim for the other lawsuit and settlement closed years ago. If you were covered by that one, and not by the Canadian one, and you failed to make a claim, you are FAR too late to make a claim now.
