I am unable to get Google Chrome updates unless i have macOS 10.13 or later. I have macOS X 10.11. However when I go to About this mac it states a different operating system. I have attached a screen shot I have looked and looked for help with this and have not been able to, thus I come to this community in hopes for solutions. Thank You - Vent_ing

softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 10.14.6
It will place a copy of the installer in your Applications folder and you can use that to create a bootable installer.

This machine is 2013 so I'm really hoping it will allow me to update.
I will need to clean out some files before I can back up my data.... but I will let you know how it goes after.
