No, it is not spam. Mine was for The Ohio State University football and men’s basketball calendars that were set in 2023. I verified by going to Calendar app, clicking on “Calendars” at bottom, and scrolling down to various calendars that I have. I clicked on information about each of the aforementioned calendars and checked the subscription details. It showed “www.stanza.co” and I unsubscribed both. It worked.
Santana8112 is correct. If you try to delete the calendar event that uses Stanza, it keeps on popping back up about 5 seconds later. Can not delete it.
How do I delete subscriptions from stanza.co
Worked like a charm. Thank you.
Did any one find a replacement sports teams schedule for the iPhone calendar?
Have you been able to fix the problem? I don’t have any calendars downloaded and don’t know what’s going on still.
How do you delete them? I can’t for the life of me get it gone, only turn it off.
I tried that and there’s no delete button, best I can do is get it to not show
Mine were the NBA and MLB calendars. I sure hope they find a replacement because I always look at this for the schedule.
Has anyone found a good replacement for the automatic sports calendar updates on your phone? I also removed stanza.co and loved it
See below.
Stanzacal also has a non-trusted certificate - at least on my phone
I had the same issue…mine had nothing to do with sports. It was a Starbucks Holiday Calendar.
1.24.24 Re: Stanza pop-up. Me too. IPhone15 ProMax. University of Minnesota sports sync with my calendar. Will check with U sports and will delete current subscriptions.
I had no sports I was subscribed too. I noticed Starbucks & clicked on that. There it was Stanza, so I guess mines related to Starbucks. We shall see what happens now. Thanks.
Sounds like a pretty universal problem. Is Stanza the issue or does the latest iOS upgrade have a “Stanza flaw” built in?
