How top get IOS Calendar to show 24 HR time
On making new appointment on iPhone and Windows, I can set the time using 24 hr time. However on the calendar it shows 12 hr time. How do I get it ti show 24 hr time

I too find it irritating to use 12 hr times on most everything when you could use 24hr and have no misunderstanding about what time you really want. Duck Duck Go'd it and found some methods that enabled 24hr but they weren't up to date on Sonoma. Kept trying and found that when I set my MAC Book Air to 24 hr time then the calendar followed along. Did the same to my iPhone....Settings >General>Date&Time and hit the button/slider to 24hr and you're set. Phone display will show 24 hr AND you calendar times will be in 24 hr format. Sounds like I solved your iPhone issue. Sorry, can't help with Windows.
