Keyboard switching on iOS 17/ iPhone 15

Ever since I switched to iOS 17 and extending to my iPhone 15, when ever I use the keyboard, it goes from the normal lower case letter keyboard and randomly switch to the special character keyboard for punctuation and numbers. It’s really been buggy like that. Any fixes?

Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn't. It switched randomly and sometimes it'll do it over and over, other times it doesn't change at all. Any suggestions?

Problems with keyboard after iOS 17.5.1 update Hello! After updating to iOS 17.5.1, the keyboard on my phone (iPhone 14) is not working correctly. It takes harder to pick up commands, about 5-10 seconds after I typed the letter or word, it crashes or doesn't pick up the command of that letter. This happens in all apps.

ios 17.0.3 Keyboard Issue iPhone 13 Pro Max here, just updated to iOS 17.0.3 and now my keyboard, on every single app, reverts back to lower case when I hit caps. So basically I hit the shift key for caps and it just reverts right back to lower case. I have restarted the phone a few times and it hasn't helped. There is also an issue still with a slight lag time between when I type and when the letters actually appear. Anyone else seeing this?

iPhone 15 was shipped with iOS 17. I am not clear what you mean by "Ever since I switched to iOS 17 "

I had the iPhone 13 when iOS 17 came out.
