I brought my I phone in to APPLE and they destroyed my phone had to buy a new on because your software update destroyed my phone So mad at apple products second time this happened to me and I thing this is a rigged system.
It’s really frustrating….I’ve been trying to install the update for a long time now it keeps saying “unable to install update” both manually and automatically….please can someone do something??? My wife iPhone couldn’t call out and receive the call . My wife tried to update her iPhone’s latest iSO software. The screen was showing verifying update for almost 3 hours. It looks sticking. She couldn’t do anything. Is this normal ?

Mine is doing the same thing. I’m so annoyed with it. I’ve not had cellular data for 18 hours. It tells me an update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone but when I do the update it gets stuck on verifying update. I’ve googled and done all the trouble shoots there is and nothing is working

I’ve done everything. Plenty memory, have hard reset at least 3 times and still get the same error. VPN doesn’t work, same issue. Is this known issue that Apple is working on or what’s the deal?
