i already download the update but can not install. Error of connection failed even I have wifi connection
I’m having this issue too. Trying to update after a fresh re-download and l get the error:
”Unable to Install Update
An error occurred installing iPadOS 17.3.”
I’ve restarted and cleared up lots of space on the iPad too.
I’m not sure what to try now. I currently have version 15.6.1 installed.

I performed a hard reset and that fixed the problem. Updated successfully!
I had to delete the update before hard reset to get it to work.
