accidentally delete my "recent delete", how suppose I do to get back my videos and photos?

help me, is there something I can do to recover my videos and photos?

I thought that all my photos and videos are already backup on iCloud, but sadly they're not :(

I'm not exactly sure what you deleted. If you only removed the "Recent" item from the Finder's sidebar, then your files should still be on your computer, but you will need to search for them.

If you actually deleted those files from the computer, then you will need to restore them from a backup made prior to accidentally deleting them.

FYI, iCloud is not a backup. iCloud is a file syncing service so that your files are available on all your devices. This means if you delete a file or make a catastrophic edit, that change will occur on every device. If you had these files in iCloud, then you can try to recover them using the instructions in this Apple article:

Recover deleted files on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Also check the Trash to see if they may still be there.

If none of this helps, then those files are gone forever unless you stored a copy somewhere else, or gave the file to someone else who can give you back a copy. It is impossible to recover accidentally deleted data from an SSD after the Trash has been emptied due to how SSDs work. Plus there are a lot more new ways to permanently lose access to your data with the recent hardware, software, & security changes. Real backups are extremely important & more important than ever before, so Apple provides their Time Machine backup software for free with every copy of macOS.
