This situation is disheartening as I invested all my funds into this MacBook with the primary goal of enjoying online poker. I urgently seek your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Did you try to download it from the developers website?

You may need to change the settings for downloading and installing 3rd party apps in the settings on your Mac.

Have a look at the steps mentioned in this article:

You can contact the official Apple Support directly by choosing the phone number for your region from this Apple Support page:

However, if you can not download any apps, did you make sure, that your Apple ID payment information has been set up completely?

If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support


Any error messages given?

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


Do you have enough Apple ID balance to buy those apps?


Any restrictions set up in the settings for Screen Time, that might block purchases and downloads from the AppStore?

But as you have addressed this issue to Apple Inc.


This is the incorrect place to be posting

Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are PAID  Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues .
