IONOS emails on iPad with IOS 9.3.5. Won't work.
Hi, I'm having a huge problem with IONOS emails on my iPad, which is old (Gen 2). I can't get any IOS higher that 9.3.5. For some reason (I think IONOS changed their encryption) I can't retrieve IONOS emails or send them on my iPad. I have a Gmail account on the iPad too....no problems here. I've been in contact with IONOS who have verified that I'm entering the correct server settings but it simply won't let me in to their Outgoing or Incoming servers. I know their security needs SSL. I deleted one email account and tried to set it up again from scratch but it does not give me security options. The IONOS website says that they do support IOS 9 but nothing before that. I'm on 9.3.5 so I can't see the problem. IONOS say there's nothing more they can do and it must be my fault. Can anyone help? Anyone experienced the same issue? Thanks, Paul
