crashing apps on iphone 14 pro max since ios 17 to ios 17.2.1

some of my apps are crashing during opening, tried updating resetting restoring reinstalling contacting support they did hardware test phone seems fine iphone 14 pro max my apps that crashes are(instagram, telegram, file browser, telebox, iplayer i cant seem to update apps also they take forever to update and most of the time they fail to updates i talked to apple support for more than 2 hours did all type of tests and solutions nothing worked, phone has about 320GB of free storage while i cloud is 2TB subscription and yet i tried everything sometimes they work just fine for about an hour then they suddenly go back to crashing no matter what i do. Any one has a solution or tried something ?
