I have the same problem, by accident when I turned on VPN I was able to connect to the subscription

I'm having the same problem as well, except I can't access subscriptions on my iPhone and Ipad. I tried the suggested remedy here and that did not work. tried talking to apple chat thing and they suggested to do a hard rested which did not work and they were extremely unhelpful. seems like a bug to me

I'm having the same problems can't log to my "ID account" since update but I can log in to the https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage, I wanna manage a subscription and now I can't..... quite frustated. I did the Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions "to all on allowed".

When I try to log in the ACOUNT it appears: "account details unavailable" and when I try to go to subscriptions thought the definitions it says "it is not possible to make the connection" .... I have internet (data) and I'm received the alerts in Portuguese which I translating to english, hope someone can help me out...
