trim to playhead - reverse

ttp trims behind the playhead.

is there a cmd to trim in front of the playhead - other then split clip?

is there any way to solo an audio clip without muting others.?

say you're stacked: orig vid w/audio, cleaned up (adobe enhanced) audio, music & VO.

I just want to hear the sync between source audio and cleaned up audio.

There is no command to trim in front of the playhead. You would need to place your cursor on the right hand edge of the clip and drag the edge to the playhead.

No, a stacked audio clip cannot be played solo without muting the other audio clips. You can select the original vid and Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste it into a new project. Then select and Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste the cleaned up audio clip into the same new project. In both cases your edits will carry over. You can work with them there.

However, muting the other clips is easy to do. Probably easier than creating an ancillary project.
