iPad screen “resize” grab handle (lower corner) does not work.

Yet another feature no one was asking for, seemingly turned on by default.

The last update added apps being shown in a slightly smaller window. The grab bar is not “holdable” on many apps, i.e., you cannot stretch it fully, so you are stuck in the slightly smaller screen.

Is there a fix for this or a way to turn it off.

FWIW, ALL apps and ios are up to date.

Apple is making some very “windows-esque” choices design wise.
