why do my airpods sound blurry? (Gen 3 wired charg)

when i put on any song or video the sounds like blurry and it isn't clear and even only my left airpod works while the right doesn't.

AirPods Disconnecting and Uneven Distribution of Audio When I use my AirPods, the left AirPod works normally but the right one does not produce any audio. Then after a couple minutes, the left one shuts off and the right one produces 50% of the audio of the left. Then after about 10 - 15 minutes, they completely disconnect. I am not sure how to fix them. Any advice and tips would be much appreciated.
