SOS symbol on top right.

After updating to iOS, 17.3, on my iPhone 13, I cannot make phone calls or receive or send texts. I tried restarting my phone and also turning cellular on and off. I have an SOS symbol on the top which means I can’t connect to the Internet. I am able to connect with my iPad. When I open cellular in my settings, it says orange Services. Underneath it says POCZTA GLOSOWA and below that it says BIURO space OBSLUGI. I think it’s a SIM but I don’t know if I should delete it because it’s the only thing available . Please help!

SOS means that your phone is working, but is not connected to your carrier’s network. It can only make emergency calls on other networks. You need to contact your carrier to resolve this. Here is guidance from Apple→If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad

Here’s a way to check up on your carrier→Down Detector - Crowdsourced Outage Check
