How do I turn my cellular data back on?
My cellular data is off and It cannot be turned it, it says I need to update my phone but there is no update I can do

Tap Settings > General > About and look to see if there is an update or link to a cellular update there.
If not, contact your carrier and ask them for assistance to get things working again on your phone.
