HOW DO I ACCESS 50GB ICLOUD OPTION OR ANYTHING LESS THAN 2TB?
locked into 2TB storage at $14.99/month on phone & mac & want to downgrade to 50GB at $1.49/month but not able to. What am i doing wrong?

You can only downgrade your storage plan to 50GB if aren't using more than 50GB of storage in iCloud currently. So how much space are you using now?
