Before and After has disappeared in PAGES style.

When I open my document to work on in PAGES, my before and after paragraph spacing has disappeared in style. In its place is Drop Cap. How do I get rid of Drop Cap and get my before and after paragraph spacing back?

Pages v13.2 on macOS Sonoma 14.3 still has the before and after paragraph spacing controls. The word Spacing is a clickable toggle to reveal those controls.

However, if you have selected the Page Layout style template, then you won't see the same panel as displayed above until you insert a Text box and click within it.
