FCC ID CLASS 2 PERMISSION CHANGE

I was working on something else and ran into this.

FCC ID. So I decided to look it up. It’s just the way I think.

At the bottom number 11 on June 30, 2023 it says “Class II Permission Change”. I wondered if someone could shine a light and explain that to me .

What does that mean for RF? I find this to be intriguing. How does it work with our cellular companies? Is Apple going to start showing us the band we are on so it can be encrypted? I am highly interested and intrigued.
