How To Prevent Power Up By Any Key Press With M2 Macbook Pro

My mac boots if I press F, C or lets say K button for example. Therefore it is impossible to clean its keyboard. If I try to clean it, it opens, some keys are randomly pressed and it supposed that I am typing a password. I wonder who is the genius product designer who thinks that is a good idea to place a more than 100 boot buttons on a device? Is there a way to compensate his/her fault and disable this feature forever and ever?
