ABM sharing devices

In regards to Apple Business Manager and setting up a business that require different users to use the same device such as MacBook airs, can this be easily done via apple managed IDs? Is it the same as adding new users onto the MacBook or is it configurable in the background via ABM and the MDM?

Managed Apple IDs are not currently for use as user accounts on macOS. If you want to remotely allow something like this, you'll need something like XCreds from TwoCanoes, Jamf Connect from Jamf, Fuse from Mosyle, Passport from Kandji, or JumpCloud Login from JumpCloud.

These can all be configured and deployed via MDM.
