iPhone 11 - no mobile signal

Hey, today my iPhone 11 lost mobile coverage. I can't enter "Cellurar" because it pops up an error that "cellular data transfer on this iPhone requires an update to be installed."

I have replaced the sim card with a new one, inserted, removed - zero response.

I can't install ESim either (it takes a while to download and just ends without any message)

iOS updated via iTunes - the phone also says the system has been mutilated and still doesn't work.

Do you have any more suggestions on what to try or is the phone over?
