Notifications panel on Ventura

here's my notifications panel on Ventura 13.6.4

app store should be the 1st one there, it's not and i dont get any notifications that updates are available on/thru app store.

how do i get the app store notification slider back in my notifications panel?

i also attached a screenshot of my app store settings, which are basically basic.

can anyone help please?

Did you try signing in with your Apple ID. Your App Store purchases are associated with that ID, and if you are not logged in, as it appears to be the case, it can't tell you about those updates.
