Notification on settings icon to update payment method.

I have a red “1” on my settings app and when I open settings it is asking to update payment details.

I never had a payment detail other than I would scan a gift card to add money to my account.

I cannot get rid of the notification even though I scanned another apple gift card to replenish my account, it either wants me to put in a credit card or use PayPal.

I do not want any of those options. I just want to add money like I have been.

what is the fix so I can remove this annoying notification from my screen.

I’m using an IPhone 11.
