UTC and Local time settings on Ultra2.

I recently purchased my first Apple watch - an Ultra2. So far I am loving it! As I pilot I was excited to learn I could display two times on the face at the same time. Local time for my everyday stuff, and UTC time for my flying needs. While I would prefer Local time to be AM/PM and UTC time to be 24-hour (military format) - it does not seem that is possible - and that they will both be one or the other at the same time. Anyone know another way to accomplish this?
