high contrast in a macbook air

I checked all the display settings and its all fine but still the photos and videos especially look really bad, like high contrast and kinda transparent ??

All display settings are normal, calibration, etc. All color contrast settings are also correctly set up. Yet my saturation and color contrast is super high, with little detail, and oranges and blacks totally dominate pictures. there is nothing turned on in the accessibility menu either.

Screen contrast and colour saturation too high Did a recent update to macOS Monterey Version 12.4 and the screen contrast and saturation seems to be really high. I have checked the settings, I have tried inverting and switching back, restarting etc.. but nothing seems to fix it. Currently have a 2018 MacBook Pro. Any idea how to fix this?

My MacBook Pro screen saturation, contrast and quality changed after the last update I have MacBook Pro 2017 13IN after the Ventura 13.6.9 update the display colors changed and the contrast was so high, I checked all settings, and it's so normal, how I can fix this?
