Beats buds
My new Beats Buds work with my IPhone when I am in the house. When I am out walking or away from home, they won’t work to play music, or even let Siri answer me or make telephone calls.

Ok, thanks. If you have any downloaded songs on your iPhone, can your Beats work with them when you're not at home? If so, then the issue appears to be limited to music streamed from the Internet over cellular data.
