Reactivating my apple account
my Apple ID is set up under my old email. How do I set up a new one under a different email?

You can change the email that you used for your old Apple ID. That is better than creating a new Apple ID as you won't lose access to any purchases or other data associated with the old Apple ID. See instructions in Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
