Apple Gift Card redemption towards Apple TV account
I received an Apple Gift Card that I want to apply to my AppleTV subscription. How do I do this?

When you redeem the Gift Card to an Apple ID account, the value is then transferred to that account as “account balance” (like store credit). Account balance will be used first for any upcoming charges, instead of other linked payment methods.
