For over a month I have 4 all day events listed on my calendar every day . I did not enter this information. If I click on the event it does not allow me to unsubscribe but states Accept. Maybe Decline. I have pressed decline but nothing happens.

If you are using an Outlook mailbox, the spam is most likely coming from Outlook and you can shut off syncing the Calendar on that Outlook Account.
