Why am I only receiving 2 bars on WiFi for my Apple 13 phone
My iPhone 13 is only showing 2 bars on WiFi. MacBook, iPad, printer all show full bars

MacBook, iPad, printer all have much larger Wi-Fi antennas than an iPhone.
Try power off the iPhone, wait a minute, then power it back up.
Move the phone closer to the Wi-Fi router, or move the Wi-Fi router closer to the phone, or move both the Wi-Fi router and phone closer to each other.
Consider adding a Wi-Fi extender in the area where you use the phone most of the time.
