1080p monitor is giving blurry/lowquality in text and UI, when connected with m2 MacBook Pro 2022,

I have Macbook pro M2 (2022), sonoma, for which I bought LG 27inch 1080p ips fhd monitor to use it as extended display for video editing purpose but when I connected the monitor via. hdmi to mac the default resolution detected is 1080p fhd no problem there, but only the text and ui in the monitor is blurry or pexelated it is like 480p, but the video quality shen playing movies or youtube it is good, no blurryness or pixelate issue there. problem is when using premier pro the full interface of the software is blurry and not visible clearly at all, because only the text is not showing properly,

more, when I connected the monitor to the window laptop there is no problem at all, the monitor is fine, the window laptop is giving fhd quality experiene as 1080p monitor should.

I have tried litreally everything I could to fix or detect the issue nothing worked. every one said buy 4k, but why should I, when windows can produce fhd text and image why can't the mac? finally returned the monitor as I have no use if the mac can't output hd quality text or ui, plus it is very stressful to eyes while working.

MacBook Pro 13″
