The VTDecoderXPCService service memory rise after startup. never release, Mac need restart if it full.

Are you working with video in any application - including a web browser?
Does that browser happen to be... Chrome?
It is known that Chrome and, especially its background minions, the "keystone" agents and daemons that it installs, are ridiculous resource hogs. More specifically, they grab the systemvideotoolbox and cause video applications to fail.

I'm having the same problem after waking from sleep. I have uninstalled Chrome completely and the issue still occurs after waking from sleep. The VTDecoderXPCService process eventually consumed up to 16GB and slowly kept growing.

Maybe it is the expected behavior and will be automatically purged after a few days?
1GB is the minimal usage for my Mac Studio.
