Tesla Apple Music App shows “Playback Error”

Yesterday I activated Apple Music app in my Tesla Model 3 and yesterday everything worked fine, but today when I am seat into my Tesla I tried to turn on music in Apple I find in player “Playback Error” as on photo. Still doesn’t fix it. The subscription is active, everything works from the iPhone.

My Tesla Model 3 also from China and also 2022, car system 2023/12/9.


Probably it's not the problem with internet, beacause I change SIM to use internet in my country (not China), other Chinese streamings services working fine. But it’s an unusual coincidence that a similar problem occurs on Chinese Tesla.


I describe a problem in Chinese WeChat Tesla's Support, but they said that cannot helps with Tesla Apps if I'm not in China. Maybe you, as a resident of China, will try to write to them with such a problem?

I also have the same problem. At noon today, at 1 p.m. Beijing time, I tried to clear the cache of the car browser, but it didn't work. I also tried to log in again. When I logged in again, I even connected a wifi network with vpn (because I am a Chinese user, I have reason to suspect that it is an Internet problem.). I'm a Tesla model 3 2022 model, and the car system is 2023.26.9

I'm facing the same issue with my car's system being version 2023.26.9.


When I reached out, Tesla support insisted that a system upgrade was necessary. However, I find this solution unsatisfactory.


I'm hesitant to update because this particular version is the final one that operates without the Tesla Vision, a feature I prefer not to have. 💩
