I cannot add any card on my wallet

I cannot add any card on my wallet app. There is no option for adding. It’s show like this only when i press + or add

Make sure your iPhone is set to a country or region where Apple Pay is supported in Settings ➜ General ➜ Language & Region ➜ Region.
