Apple Music only shuffles songs from a certain alphabetical range on Windows 11 PC

Above is a visual description of my problem. As you can see shuffle mode is enabled, but on the right in the queue, only songs from a very limited alphabetical range are shuffling. I have over 7,000 songs, it should be totally random. I have been batted back and forth like a shuttlecock between Apple Support and Microsoft Support to no avail. NO ONE knows how to solve this. It breaks their tiny brains when I tell them I am using Apple Music on a PC (because I just bought an iPad and want all my music on there). Strangely enough this issue doesn't occur on my Android phone or new iPad. I have tried restarting the computer, disabling the VPN...nothing.
