Payment Method: discrepancy between altering current payment methods and not being allowed; esp. for FREE download.

What if I currently cannot Pay but I still wish to download free or update my apps?

For example: I need to re-download the test flight app; as well as downloading some others, but I am flat broke and I cannot pay at this current moment in time.

I need to add my payment method or remove them or something without paying in order to download the app because the app doesn’t discriminate whether or not the application is free it only discriminates that you are unable to make the payment

someone help please I’ve already exhausted all the different routes that I know have worked in the past i.e. using a third-party third-party application such as PayPal or Venmo but that’s not working right now because I already did the trials and I got a Paypay for real this time! 🥲🤷🏻🙏🏼😂🇺🇸✌🏻
