Old Apple ID?

Reset iPhone w my new Apple ID but calls for old ID due to purchases under old ID, can I change that password since I don’t have it?

It may be possible to change the password on your old Apple ID, but that app or any others downloaded with that ID will forever ask for it whenever it get updated or if you set up a new device. Deleting that app and downloading will resolve that problem, although you would lose any data created with the app as well as the cost of the app. The process to change the password will depend on if you have another Trusted Device or Trusted Phone number that was used with the old Apple ID. Using the last option in the Support Article by going to the iforgot website could take up to 30 days to reset the password.
