Scrolling with trackpad vs. bluetooth mouse

I prefer natural scrolling with my trackpad but when I am at home and I connect my macbook to the dock with a bluetooth mouse and external monitor, I prefer to not use natural scrolling. I have to change this setting every time I switch between trackpad and mouse. Is there a way for the settings to remember one setting for the trackpad and the opposite setting for the bluetooth mouse? It's not super critical but it is annoying to have to change the setting every time I switch.
