Changing from Android to iPhone: Google Play subscriptions

Hi I made the leap from an Android to an iPhone. I have a few yearly subscriptions that I payed for through Google play. I know the apps aren't compatible but for those that also are in the apple app store how do I move the annual subscription over to my new iphone App?

Contact the support organization for each of the Android apps that you subscribed. Determine if the subscription can be changed to the iPhone app version, or if you must first cancel the Android app subscription, wait for confirmation of that cancellation, and then re-subscribe to the iPhone app.
