Hello, Can I swim with an Apple Watch Series 3 in shallow water for 2 hours or more? I swim regularly and I want to track my stats

Be aware that your Apple Watch is water resistant, but not waterproof. Water resistance isn't a permanent condition and can diminish over time. Apple Watch can't be rechecked or resealed for water resistance.
My personal opinion is that, regardless of what is stated, water and electronics don't mix.
