M Audio 192|4 Interface no longer works on Input 2 with Logic Pro X after updating to 10.8.1

I've been using an M-Audio 192|4 Interface for years now with Logic Pro x.

I recently updated my OS and Logic Pro X.

Now the guitar through the M-Audio Interface won't work.

In fact, Logic Pro X recognizes the mic cable in Input #1 as the line cable for Input #2. So I can change guitar effects and sing into my mic and and voice will change based on the guitar setting.

However, the interface can see my guitar signal, but in Logic, there is nothing.

When I unplug mic cable from input #1 and only have guitar cable into input #2, there is still no input into the logic software.

• I'm on the correct Input.
• I've updated to latest updates.
• I have no way to revert LOGIC to a previous version (and what a stupid fix this is when it's suggested)
• I have software monitoring on.
• I have the correct input and output setting.

PLEASE HELP. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
