Popup message on my iPad Mini 5th generation OS 17.3

The photo shows a pop up message that is happening frequently, on my iPad Mini 5th generation OS 17.3 I have repeatedly cleared all my Safari history plus re-booted my iPad and the message keeps reappearing. Please assist. Thanking you in advance for your time and consideration.

Check for subscribed calendars (possibly a sports team)


Delete spam calendars and events on iPhone - Apple Support
