Many times a day it happens that the cursor/pointer is not the right one, that should be shown.
E.g. when I want do mark a text section it show the arrow cursor instead of the text cursor.
This happens in different programs such a Davinci Resolve but also Safari and it also happens to other types of cursors.

When I " mark a text selection " of some text.

Just to add, I see the same issue. Not just with Sonoma.
