Location services not working on MacBook

The Location services are not working on my MacBook Pro. Everything is on in the Location Services of the System Settings, Location services are enabled in Safari, Chrome, and everywhere else that requires them but I still get the message that Location services need to be turned on. I restarted the computer, updated the system, ran Utilities, but still the Location services don't work. Also, in the FindMy app on iCloud the map does not appear and AirTags are missing. What else can I try?

Location services don't work with ANY app that requires them e.g., Safari, FindMy, Chrome.

I have this same problem, I found my time is wrong since last week. I turned on all the automatic service and it shows I'm in Shanghai time zone (which is wrong), the weather app "My Location" is not working, and the map, browser and so on. But FindMy location is correct, wired..

I tried every solution or suggestion I can find online, none of them works.
