I received an email supposedly from Apple about my iCloud account.

Recieved an email supposedly from Apple re my iCloud account. They are wanting my banking info which they already gave, nothing has changed. They have said they have locked my iCloud account

That is a scam.


Apple will never ask for any info, banking or otherwise outside system settings on your device for any reason.

And Apple will never say they have locked your account through an email or text message either. They always let you know through your devices when trying to use your account in them.


You can safely ignore and delete the message.

You can forward the email to Apple at reportphishing@apple.com.
