How do I access my icloud account for photos
I have apple iphone11, don't know how to access iCloud photos.

If you have the iCloud Photos option turned in Settings ➜ Photos on your iPhone. Then anything in the Photos app would be synced to iCloud Photos. You access iCloud Photos by simply using the Photos app on your iPhone.
You can log in to https://icloud.com from a different device and see those photos in the Photos app on the website as well.
