Trying to clear out space on my phone, I deleted all of my emails, not knowing this would delete all of my notes… Is there a way to get them back? I have an iPhone 12…iOS 17.2.1

Open the Notes App. In the upper left hand corner, tap Folder. See if you have a Recently Deleted folder and see if they are there. If they are, they can be restored. If they aren't, they were permanently deleted.
Contact your mail service, who often can restore deleted messages. There's no way to do this on your own. I accidentally deleted some Yahoo mail once and was successful getting them restored by Yahoo, but I had to request a restore from them and give them a date range to restore.
I did permanently delete my emails… Just thought maybe I could retrieve them off the cloud since I pay for that?
Is there a way to get back deleted notes?
